【摘要】：目的 初步探討成人白癜風(fēng)臨床特點(diǎn),評(píng)估該病對(duì)患者心理健康狀況和生活質(zhì)量的影響。為患者盡早進(jìn)行心理治療提供依據(jù)。 方法 門診收集成人白癜風(fēng)患者作為研究對(duì)象,采用統(tǒng)一的設(shè)計(jì)的問卷調(diào)查表對(duì)患者進(jìn)行調(diào)查。并收集正常人作為對(duì)照,通過問卷的形式了解白癜風(fēng)發(fā)病的危險(xiǎn)因素,了解患者與正常人群心理狀況和生活質(zhì)量的差異。使用Epidata3.1數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建立,SPSS1.5數(shù)據(jù)分析。 結(jié)果 白癜風(fēng)患者共827人,其中男性377例,女性450例,比例為1：1.19,平均年齡為30.6歲。病程2-653月,平均74.9月。對(duì)照組男性59例,女性71例,比例為1：1.20平均年齡為31.3歲。調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)平時(shí)服用維生素C類藥物(至少半年)、日曬時(shí)間、偏食以及有家族史在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)中有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 1.心理水平SCL-90問卷中患者在抑郁、焦慮、敵對(duì)項(xiàng)目中比常模要高(P0.05)。年齡≤35的患者在人際關(guān)系敏感、焦慮、偏執(zhí)、精神病性方面得分高于年齡35歲的患者(P0.05)。文化程度低的患者(高中及以下)在人際關(guān)系敏感、軀體化、恐怖、精神病性方面得分高于文化程度高的患者(大專及以上)(P0.05)。進(jìn)展期患者在人際關(guān)系敏感、焦慮、抑郁、敵對(duì)方面得分高于穩(wěn)定期患者(P0.05)。 2.WHOQOL-BREF中發(fā)現(xiàn)病例組心理領(lǐng)域較對(duì)照組低(P0.05)。文化程度高的患者(大專及以上)在心理領(lǐng)域得分高于文化程度低的患者(高中及以下)(P0.05)。其余在性別、年齡、收入水平、病程、疾病分型、分期等方面無顯著差異。 結(jié)論 白癜風(fēng)患者心理水平低于正常人群,暴露組較非暴露組心理更易有心理損傷。生活質(zhì)量中病例組明顯低于正常人群。未來白癜風(fēng)治療除了口服與外用和光照治療,應(yīng)針對(duì)性的配合心理上的治療以提高療效,改善患者心理水平減輕壓力。
[Abstract]:Purpose Objective: to explore the clinical characteristics of adult vitiligo and evaluate the influence of the disease on mental health and quality of life. To provide evidence for early psychotherapy. Method Adult patients with vitiligo were collected from outpatient clinic and investigated by uniform questionnaire. The risk factors of vitiligo and the difference of psychological status and quality of life between the patients and the normal people were investigated by questionnaire. Use Epidata3.1 database to establish SPSS 1.5 data analysis. Result There were 827 patients with vitiligo, of whom 377 were males and 450 were females. The ratio was 1: 1.19, with an average age of 30.6 years. The course of disease ranged from 2 to 653 months with an average of 74.9 months. There were 59 males and 71 females in the control group, the average age was 31.3 years. The survey found that vitamin C drugs (at least half a year, sun time, partial eating and a family history) were statistically significant in statistics. 1. The psychological level of patients in SCL-90 questionnaire was higher than that of norm in depression, anxiety and hostility (P 0.05).
