【摘要】：患者女,4歲。反復(fù)左股部紅斑、水皰伴瘙癢3年余,再發(fā)2個(gè)月。皮膚科情況:左股部水腫性紅斑、斑片、色素沉著斑,局部可見水皰,尼氏征陽(yáng)性,皮疹沿Blaschko線呈線狀分布。皮膚組織病理:表皮角化過度伴角化不全,棘層肥厚,具有不完全的棘層松解,呈倒塌的磚墻樣改變。診斷:復(fù)發(fā)性線狀棘層松解性皮病。
[Abstract]:The patient was 4 years old. Recurrent left femoral erythema, blisters with itching for more than 3 years, and then 2 months. Dermatology: left femoral edematous erythema, macula, pigmented spot, local blister, Nissl sign positive, rash along the Blaschko line is linear distribution. Skin histopathology: epidermal keratosis with hypokeratosis, hypertrophy of spinous layer, incomplete release of spinous layer and collapse of brick wall. Diagnosis: recurrent linear acantholytic dermatosis.
