【摘要】：目的：人工蕁麻疹是一種常見病、多發(fā)病,導(dǎo)師運(yùn)用依巴斯汀(開思亭)加白芍總苷治療人工蕁麻疹血虛風(fēng)燥證收到了較好的療效,本課題旨在探討該方的臨床療效及其復(fù)發(fā)情況,從而為此方在臨床廣泛運(yùn)用提供理論支持并為進(jìn)一步研究做準(zhǔn)備。 方法：將90例血虛風(fēng)燥型人工蕁麻疹患者分成三組。治療組30例患者給予白芍總苷合依巴斯汀治療；對(duì)照1組30例,給予單純依巴斯汀治療；對(duì)照2組30例自擬方加減聯(lián)合依巴斯汀治療。分別觀察三組療效,觀察時(shí)間為4周。觀察三組治療前后瘙癢、風(fēng)團(tuán)數(shù)目、風(fēng)團(tuán)大小、風(fēng)團(tuán)發(fā)作頻率、風(fēng)團(tuán)持續(xù)時(shí)間等總積分和其療效指數(shù)以及不良反應(yīng)、復(fù)發(fā)等情況。結(jié)合醫(yī)生評(píng)分和病人自我總評(píng)價(jià)兩方面得出結(jié)論。 結(jié)果：三組患者的年齡、病程相比較,均無顯著性差異,具有可比性。治療組總顯效率為90.00%,對(duì)照l組總顯效率為50.00%,對(duì)照2組總顯效率為86.67%。三組治療1個(gè)月臨床療效比較,治療組和對(duì)照1組治療后各癥狀總積分較治療前均有下降,具有顯著性差異(P0.05)；治療組和對(duì)照2組治療后各癥狀積分較治療前均有下降,不具有顯著性差異(P0.05)；治療組和對(duì)照2組均優(yōu)于對(duì)照1組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 結(jié)論：白芍總苷聯(lián)合依巴斯汀治療人工蕁麻疹血虛風(fēng)燥證是有效的方法,其近期療效基本等同于依巴斯汀聯(lián)合自擬方,并有較好的防止和控制復(fù)發(fā)的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: artificial urticaria is a kind of common disease, frequent incidence, the teacher used Ebastine (Cassitin) plus total paeony glucoside treatment artificial urticaria blood deficiency wind dryness syndrome received better curative effect. The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical efficacy and recurrence of the prescription, so as to provide theoretical support and prepare for further study. Methods: 90 cases of artificial urticaria with blood deficiency and wind dryness were divided into three groups. 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with total glucoside of paeony combined with epastatin, 30 patients in the control group were treated with Evastin alone, and 30 patients in the control group were treated with self-made prescription plus or subtraction combined with Evastin. The curative effect of the three groups was observed for 4 weeks. The total scores of pruritus, wind mass number, wind mass size, wind mass attack frequency, wind mass duration, curative effect index, adverse reaction and recurrence were observed before and after treatment in the three groups. Combined with doctor's score and patient's self-evaluation, the conclusion was drawn. Results: there was no significant difference in age and course of disease among the three groups. The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.00g, that of control group l was 50.00g, that of control group 2 was 86.67. The total scores of symptoms in the treatment group and the control group were all decreased after treatment, with significant difference (P 0.05), and the scores of each symptom in the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment, and the scores of each symptom in the treatment group and the control group after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between treatment group and control group (P 0.05), but the difference between treatment group and control group was better than that of control group 1 (P 0.05). Conclusion: total glucoside of paeony combined with Ebastine is an effective method for the treatment of artificial urticaria with blood deficiency and wind dryness, and its short-term curative effect is basically the same as that of Ebastine combined with self-prescription, and it has a better effect of preventing and controlling recurrence.
