【摘要】：正例1.患兒男,10d。因皮膚紅斑8d于2016年7月4日就診�；純撼錾蟮�2天,無明顯誘因下胸部出現(xiàn)片狀紅斑,大腿散在甲蓋大紅斑,發(fā)病后三四天胸部及大腿紅斑有所增多、變大,紅斑基礎(chǔ)上可見多個淡黃色丘疹,患兒無發(fā)熱及哭鬧不止,皮膚無瘀點、瘀斑,2d前紅斑顏色變淡,皮疹較前減少。發(fā)病以來,患兒睡眠好,飲食及二便均正常。母親孕期健康,因"骨盆小"行剖宮產(chǎn),出生后母乳喂養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Example 1. The patient was male for 10 days. Due to erythema erythema 8 d, the patient was admitted to the hospital on July 4, 2016. On the second day after birth, there were flakes of erythema in the chest without obvious inducement, and large erythema in the nail cover. The erythema in the chest and thighs increased and became larger on the 3rd and 4th day after the onset of the disease. On the basis of erythema, a number of light yellow papules could be seen. There was no fever and crying, no skin stasis, the color of erythema was light before 2 days, and the rash was less than before. Since the onset of the disease, the children sleep well, diet and stool are normal. Mother health during pregnancy, due to "small pelvis" cesarean section, breast-feeding after birth.
