【摘要】：目的：通過自制經(jīng)驗(yàn)方養(yǎng)血益氣湯，，聯(lián)合窄譜中波紫外線（NB-UVB）對白癜風(fēng)的療效觀察，探討中藥對于白癜風(fēng)的治療作用以及兩種治療有無協(xié)同作用或療效相加。 方法：選取門診白癜風(fēng)病例94例，隨機(jī)分為A、B、C三組，進(jìn)行治療。A組33例，采用口服養(yǎng)血益氣湯（水煎服，日一劑）聯(lián)合NB-UVB照射（隔日一次，從最小紅斑量開始）進(jìn)行治療；B組31例，采用口服養(yǎng)血益氣湯進(jìn)行治療；C組30例，采用NB-UVB照射進(jìn)行治療（隔日一次，從最小紅斑量開始）。 結(jié)果：治療3個月后比較三組治療結(jié)果，三組患者痊愈率、有效率相比有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。痊愈率統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果顯示A組痊愈率高于其他兩組（P=0.0490.05），B組和C組相比痊愈率無顯著差異（P＞0.05）。三組患者有效率相比，A組高于其他兩組（P0.05），B組和C組患者有效率無明顯差別(P=0.59＞0.05）)。 結(jié)論：1、養(yǎng)血益氣湯治療白癜風(fēng)具有較好的臨床療效。2、養(yǎng)血益氣湯聯(lián)合NB-UVB治療白癜風(fēng)具有有較好的臨床療效。養(yǎng)血益氣湯和NB-UVB在白癜風(fēng)的治療中有協(xié)同作用，且有療效相加。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of NB-UVB combined with NB-UVB on vitiligo, and to explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on vitiligo and whether the two treatments have synergistic effect or not. Methods: Ninety-four patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into three groups: group A (n = 33) and group A (n = 33). The patients were treated with oral decoction of nourishing blood and tonifying qi (decoction of water, one dose per day) combined with NB-UVB irradiation (once every other day). 31 cases in group B were treated with minimal erythema quantity, 30 cases in group C were treated with oral decoction for nourishing blood and tonifying qi, and 30 cases were treated with NB-UVB irradiation (once every other day, starting from the minimum amount of erythema). Results: after 3 months of treatment, the results of the three groups were compared, the recovery rate and the effective rate of the three groups were statistically significant. The recovery rate of group A was higher than that of other two groups (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in cure rate between group B and C (P > 0.05). The effective rate of the three groups was higher than that of the other two groups. There was no significant difference in the effective rate between group B and group C. there was no significant difference between the three groups (P0. 59 > 0. 05). Conclusion: 1, Yangxue Yiqi decoction has better clinical curative effect on vitiligo, and Yangxue Yiqi decoction combined with NB-UVB has better clinical curative effect on vitiligo. Yangxue Yiqi decoction and NB-UVB have synergistic effect in the treatment of vitiligo.
