【摘要】：血管周上皮樣細(xì)胞腫瘤(perivascular epithelioid cell tumors,PEComa)是一類在組織學(xué)、免疫表型及超微結(jié)構(gòu)中均呈現(xiàn)平滑肌細(xì)胞及黑色素細(xì)胞分化的間葉性腫瘤。然而PEComa的細(xì)胞來源仍然不明,皮膚外PEComa和皮膚PEComa的具體聯(lián)系也尚不明確。本文回顧了近年來國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),從臨床表現(xiàn)、組織病理學(xué)特征、染色體異常、鑒別診斷及治療等方面著重對(duì)原發(fā)皮膚PEComa進(jìn)行描述。
[Abstract]:Perivascular epithelioid cell tumor (PEComa) is a kind of mesenchymal tumor which has smooth muscle cell and melanocyte differentiation in histology, immunophenotype and ultrastructure. However, the origin of PEComa cells is still unknown, and the specific connection between extracellular PEComa and skin PEComa remains unclear. This article reviews the recent literature at home and abroad, focusing on the description of primary skin PEComa from clinical manifestations, histopathological features, chromosomal abnormalities, differential diagnosis and treatment.
