【摘要】：目的研究卡波肉瘤相關(guān)皰疹病毒(KSHV)在甘肅敦煌地區(qū)普通人群中的血清陽(yáng)性率,并分析KSHV感染的危險(xiǎn)因素。方法隨機(jī)收集1 000例敦煌地區(qū)普通人群血清,以KSHV 3個(gè)基因片段orf65、orf73、orf k8.1編碼蛋白為抗原,間接ELISA檢測(cè)樣本中KSHV抗體,SPSS軟件分析危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果 1 000份血清中,KSHV抗體總陽(yáng)性率為19%,男性陽(yáng)性率(22.9%)高于女性(16.6%)(P=0.016);KSHV感染與梅毒螺旋體(P=0.004)和丙肝病毒(P=0.027)感染間有相關(guān)性,而與年齡、乙肝五項(xiàng)無(wú)關(guān)。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示梅毒螺旋體感染的OR(95%CI)為10.142(1.920~53.577)。結(jié)論甘肅敦煌地區(qū)普通人群中KSHV的感染率較高,且與性別有關(guān);梅毒螺旋體感染是該地區(qū)KSHV感染最重要的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the seropositive rate of kaposarcoma associated herpesvirus (KSHV) in the general population of Dunhuang, Gansu, and to analyze the risk factors of KSHV infection. Methods Serum samples of 1 000 general population in Dunhuang area were randomly collected. The three KSHV gene fragments orf65 or f73 orf k8.1 were used as antigen. Indirect ELISA was used to detect the KSHV antibody in the samples and the risk factors were analyzed by SPSS software. Results the total positive rate of KSHV antibody was 19 in 1 000 sera, and the positive rate of KSHV in male was 22. 9%) higher than that in female. There was a correlation between KSHV infection and the infection of Treponema pallidum P0. 004) and hepatitis C virus (P0. 027) infection. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the OR95 CI of Treponema pallidum infection was 10.142 (1.920) and 53.577 (P < 0.05). Conclusion the infection rate of KSHV in the general population in Dunhuang area of Gansu Province is high and related to sex. Treponema pallidum infection is the most important independent risk factor for KSHV infection in this area.
