【摘要】：正患者男,26歲。主訴:右上臂及右大腿丘疹、斑塊10余年,右大腿破潰結(jié)痂5 d�，F(xiàn)病史:患者10余年前右上臂及右大腿出現(xiàn)環(huán)狀灰褐色皮損,右上臂逐漸增多呈線狀,偶覺瘙癢。5 d前右大腿皮損處搔抓后破潰、結(jié)痂,于2016年1月13日來我科就診。既往史及家族史:既往體健。家族中無類似疾病患者。體格檢查:一般情況可,系統(tǒng)檢查均正常。皮膚科檢查:右上臂外側(cè)可見線狀分布的灰褐色丘疹及斑塊,形態(tài)不規(guī)則,邊緣稍隆起(圖1A);右大腿外側(cè)
[Abstract]:The patient is 26 years old. Main complaint: right upper arm and right thigh papules, plaque for more than 10 years, right thigh crashing and scabbing for 5 days. Present history: the patient appeared ring-shaped grayish brown skin lesions in the right upper arm and right thigh more than 10 years ago. The right upper arm gradually increased linearly. The skin lesion of the right thigh scratched at the lesion of the right thigh on the day of occasional itching 5 days ago and broke and scabbed. The patient came to our department on January 13, 2016. Past history and family history: past health. There are no patients with similar diseases in the family. Physical examination: the general situation is OK, the system examination is all normal. Dermatology examination: linear grayish brown papules and plaques are seen on the lateral side of the right upper arm, irregular in shape and slightly raised at the margin (Fig. 1A; lateral right thigh)
