【摘要】：目的探討氮卓斯汀、孟魯司特鈉配合左西替利嗪治療慢性蕁麻疹的臨床療效與價(jià)值。方法選取就診于武漢大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬湖北省中山醫(yī)院皮膚科的慢性蕁麻疹患者150例,隨機(jī)分為A組、B組、C組(n=50)。A組使用孟魯司特鈉聯(lián)合左西替利嗪進(jìn)行治療;B組使用孟魯司特鈉聯(lián)合氮卓斯汀治療;C組聯(lián)合3種藥物治療。比較3組治療總有效率及不良反應(yīng)、安全性等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果療效評(píng)價(jià)顯示C組治療總有效率顯著高于A、B組(P0.05),且C組安全評(píng)分指標(biāo)也顯著優(yōu)于A、B組(P0.05)。C組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生人數(shù)顯著少于A、B組(P0.05)。結(jié)論氮卓斯汀、孟魯司特鈉聯(lián)合左西替利嗪共同治療慢性蕁麻疹療效顯著。能短時(shí)間內(nèi)緩解患者瘙癢、風(fēng)團(tuán)等癥狀,不良反應(yīng)較少。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect and value of azostostine, montelukast sodium and levo-cetirizine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 150 patients with chronic urticaria were selected from the dermatology department of Hubei Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to the Medical College of Wuhan University. Group A was randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B were treated with montelukast sodium combined with levo-cetirizine. Group B was treated with montelukast sodium combined with azoxetine in combination with three kinds of drugs. The total effective rate, adverse reaction and safety of the three groups were compared. Results the total effective rate in group C was significantly higher than that in group A (P 0.05), and the safety score in group C was significantly better than that in group A (P 0.05). The number of adverse reactions in group C was significantly lower than that in group A (P 0.05). Conclusion azosteine, montelukast sodium and lesitirizine are effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria. It can alleviate the symptoms of itching and wind mass in a short time, and the adverse reaction is less.
