【摘要】：患者女,36歲。軀干、四肢皮膚淺色扁平丘疹20年。皮損發(fā)展緩慢,無明顯癥狀。皮膚科情況:軀干、四肢皮膚出現(xiàn)大小不一的淺色扁平丘疹,其走向與皮紋方向一致,并伴有雙上臂后側(cè)出現(xiàn)以毛囊為中心的針帽大丘疹。部分皮疹融合成斑塊。扁平皮疹處組織病理檢查:表皮萎縮變薄;真皮膠原纖維變細(xì),排列疏松。阿新蘭染色:真皮未見明顯黏蛋白沉積。彈力纖維染色:真皮中部可見彈力纖維明顯減少或消失。診斷:真皮中層彈性組織溶解癥。
[Abstract]:The patient was 36 years old. Torso, limb skin light color flat papules for 20 years. The lesions developed slowly without obvious symptoms. Dermatology: flattened papules of varying sizes and sizes appear in the trunk and extremities, in the same direction as the dermatoglyphics, and accompanied by a needle-cap papules centered around the hair follicles at the back of the upper arm. Part of the rash fuses into plaques. Histopathological examination of flat rash: epidermal atrophy thinning; dermal collagen fiber thinning and loose arrangement. Asinolam staining: no apparent mucin deposition was seen in the dermis. Elastic fiber dyeing: elastic fibers visible in the middle of the dermis decrease or disappear. Diagnosis: dermis and medial elastic tissue lysis.
