【摘要】：目的：探討Notch1和VEGF在皮膚鱗癌中表達(dá)與微血管密度的關(guān)系。 材料與方法：應(yīng)用免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測40例頭面部皮膚鱗癌及20例正常皮膚組織中Notch1、VEGF和CD31蛋白的表達(dá)；然后計(jì)算微血管密度（MVD,microvessel density）。 結(jié)果：免疫組化檢測結(jié)果證實(shí): Notch1蛋白在皮膚鱗癌組織中陽性表達(dá)率25.0%低于正常皮膚組織80.0%(p 0．05)，且在皮膚鱗癌Ⅰ-Ⅱ級組中40%，表達(dá)高于Ⅲ級組10%（χ2=4.181，，p0.05）。正常組織中VEGF（5%）的表達(dá)低于鱗癌組織（62.5%），且Ⅲ級鱗癌的表達(dá)（85%）明顯高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ級鱗癌的表達(dá)（40%）(p 0.05)，皮膚鱗癌組織中Notch1與VEGF的表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.497, p 0.05)。MVD在Ⅰ-Ⅱ級及Ⅲ級皮膚鱗癌組織的計(jì)數(shù)分別為38.46±4.79和48.35±5.01，高于在正常皮膚組織中計(jì)數(shù)19.83±2.59（p 0.05）。40例皮膚鱗癌組織中，Notch1蛋白陰性表達(dá)的MVD值為80.51±4.11，高于其陽性表達(dá)的MVD值40.59±5.43（t=-26.215，p 0.001）；皮膚鱗癌中VEGF蛋白陽性表達(dá)的MVD（90.16±10.31）值高于陰性表達(dá)者的MVD值（43.25±8.31）（t=-3.66，p 0.001）。 結(jié)論: 1）Notch1蛋白在皮膚鱗癌組織中表達(dá)較正常皮膚降低，且與皮膚鱗癌的分級及MVD值呈負(fù)相關(guān)。 2）VEGF蛋白在皮膚鱗癌組織中表達(dá)較正常皮膚顯著增高，且與皮膚鱗癌的分級及MVD值呈正相關(guān)。 3）皮膚鱗癌組織中Notch1的表達(dá)與VEGF呈負(fù)相關(guān)
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between the expression of Notch1 and VEGF in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and microvessel density (MVD). Materials and methods: the expression of Notch1 CD31 protein in 40 cases of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma of head and face and 20 cases of normal skin tissue were detected by immunohistochemical method, and the microvessel density of MVD was calculated.
