【摘要】：外陰硬化性苔癬(vulvar lichen sclerosus,VLS)是一種生殖器皮膚與黏膜慢性炎癥性疾病。盡管大量研究表明自身免疫、遺傳、激素和感染與疾病的發(fā)病有關(guān),但確切的病因仍不清。局部使用強效的糖皮質(zhì)類固醇激素治療是疾病的主要治療方式,聚焦超聲治療也在臨床上廣泛使用,并取得令人滿意的臨床療效。VLS難以根治,且無論何種治療方式,均有復(fù)發(fā)的可能。近年不斷有新的關(guān)于疾病病因和發(fā)病機制的研究,同時也提出了許多新的治療方式,現(xiàn)對該病的研究進(jìn)展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Vulvar lichen sclerosus (VLS) is a chronic inflammatory disease of genital skin and mucosa. Although a number of studies have shown that autoimmunity, genetics, hormones and infections are associated with disease, the exact cause remains unclear. Local use of strong glucocorticoid is the main treatment of diseases, focused ultrasound treatment is also widely used in clinical, and obtain satisfactory clinical efficacy. VLS is difficult to cure, and no matter what treatment, All have the possibility of recurrence. In recent years, there have been many new studies on the etiology and pathogenesis of disease, and many new treatment methods have been proposed.
