【摘要】：目的:探討慢性手部濕疹(chronic hand eczema,CHE)患者的心理社會因素。方法:收集CHE患者240例,正常對照(normal control,NC)221例,采用一般情況問卷、艾森克人格問卷(Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,EPQ)、抑郁自評量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)、焦慮自評量表(Self-Rating Anxiety,SAS)及濕疹患者生活質量量表(Eczema Quality of Life Scale,EQOLS)測評受試者人格特征、情緒狀態(tài)、生活質量等心理社會因素及與疾病嚴重程度的相關性。結果:EPQ量表得分比較,CHE組內外向(E)維度得分顯著低于NC組(P0.01),神經(jīng)質(N)維度得分顯著高于NC組(P0.01);精神質(P)維度和掩飾(L)維度得分兩組間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。CHE組的SDS量表和SAS量表得分均顯著高于NC組(P0.01)。EQOLS量表得分比較,CHE組的疾病、心理、生理、社會各維度、量表總分及總體生活質量評分均顯著高于NC組(P0.01)。CHE患者的皮損程度和與瘙癢水平與SDS,SAS,EQOLS量表的疾病、生理、心理、社會各維度、總體生活質量、總分均有顯著相關性(P0.05)。結論:CHE患者個性更偏內向,情緒不穩(wěn)定;抑郁、焦慮水平較高,生活質量水平下降,且均與病情嚴重程度相關。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the psycho-social factors of chronic hand eczemaema (che) patients with chronic hand eczema.Methods: a total of 240 patients with CHE and 221 normal control patients with normal control NCV were investigated by general situation questionnaire.Eysenck Personality questionnaire, Self-Rating Depression scale, Self-Rating Depression scale, Self-Rating anxiety scale and Eczema Quality of Life scale EQOLSwere used to measure the personality and emotional state of the subjects.Quality of life and other psychological and social factors and its correlation with the severity of the disease.Results compared with the score of the scale, the score of introversion and extroversion in the che group was significantly lower than that in the NC group (P 0.01a), and the score of the neurotic group was significantly higher than that in the NC group (P 0.01); there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of mental disorder (P) dimension and concealment (L) dimension (P 0.05).The scores of the scale and SAS were significantly higher than those of the NC group (P 0.01). The scores of EQOLS were compared with those of the che group.Psychological, physiological, social dimensions, total score of the scale and total quality of life score were significantly higher than those of NC group (P 0.01), and the degree of skin lesion and the level of pruritus and the disease, physiology, psychology, social dimensions and total quality of life of the patients with SDSSASS-EQOLS, were significantly higher than those of the NC group.The total scores were significantly correlated with P0.05.Conclusion the patients with che have a more introverted personality and unstable mood, higher level of depression and anxiety, and lower quality of life, all of which are related to the severity of the disease.
