【摘要】：正香菇是世界第二大食用菌,主要用于中國和日本的食材中。香菇皮炎(SD)是口服香菇后在皮膚上出現(xiàn)鞭笞樣紅斑、丘疹、水皰甚或瘀斑,本病臨床比較少見。筆者診治3例,現(xiàn)報告如下。1病例資料例1.患者男,31歲,巴西人,意大利裔。因頭部、面部、軀干及四肢出現(xiàn)鞭笞樣紅斑、丘疹伴瘙癢1 d,于2015年11月28日就診于鄭州人民醫(yī)院皮膚科。
[Abstract]:Lentinus edodes is the second largest edible fungus in the world, mainly used in Chinese and Japanese ingredients.Lentinus edodes dermatitis (SDD) is a rare clinical disease with lentinoid erythema papules blister or ecchymosis on the skin after oral administration of lentinus edodes.Three cases were diagnosed and treated by the author, and 1 case was reported as follows: 1.The patient was 31 years old, Brazilian, of Italian descent.Due to head, face, trunk and extremities appear lash-like erythema, papules with itching for 1 day, on November 28, 2015 at the Department of Dermatology, Zhengzhou people's Hospital.
