【摘要】：正自噬是真核生物細(xì)胞內(nèi)的一種高度保守、依賴(lài)溶酶體的降解途徑,可以降解大分子蛋白質(zhì)、損傷的細(xì)胞器及外來(lái)微生物等。目前研究發(fā)現(xiàn)自噬主要有3種類(lèi)型:巨自噬、微自噬以及分子伴侶介導(dǎo)的自噬。巨自噬是細(xì)胞內(nèi)異常細(xì)胞器及其周?chē)鞍踪|(zhì)和部分細(xì)胞質(zhì)被雙層膜包裹形成自噬體,隨后自噬體與溶酶體融合降
[Abstract]:Positive autophagy is a highly conserved, lysosomal degradation pathway in eukaryotic cells, which can degrade macromolecular proteins, damaged organelles and exotic microorganisms.There are three main types of autophagy: macrophage, microautophagy and molecular chaperone mediated autophagy.Autophagy is the formation of autophagy by a bilayer membrane of the abnormal organelle and its surrounding proteins and parts of the cytoplasm, and then the fusion of the autophagy and lysosome.
