【摘要】：正患者男,39歲。主訴:左前臂贅生物4年。現(xiàn)病史:患者4年前左前臂出現(xiàn)米粒大淡紅色丘疹,逐漸增大至花生米大,顏色變成紫紅色,無明顯癢痛及破潰。為明確診斷、進一步治療來本院就診。既往史:既往體健,否認外傷史,否認系統(tǒng)性疾病史。家族史:家族中無類似疾病患者。體格檢查:一般情況好,淺表淋巴結(jié)未觸及增大,系統(tǒng)檢查無異常。
[Abstract]:The patient is 39 years old.Chief complaint: left forearm vegetations for 4 years.History: 4 years ago, the patient appeared a large red papules in the left forearm, gradually increased to large peanut, the color turned purple, no obvious itching pain and breaking.In order to make sure the diagnosis, further treatment came to our hospital.Past history: past physical fitness, denial of history of trauma, denial of history of systemic diseases.Family history: there are no patients with similar diseases in the family.Physical examination: generally good, superficial lymph nodes did not touch enlargement, no abnormal system examination.
