【摘要】：正1病歷摘要患者女,52歲。因雙側(cè)耳郭僵硬2年,右側(cè)耳郭潰瘍1年,于2014年12月來我院皮膚科就診�；颊�2年前無明顯誘因右側(cè)耳郭上方出現(xiàn)約1 cm×1 cm硬化區(qū),之后逐步發(fā)展累及整個耳郭,觸之堅硬如石,彎曲活動受限,睡眠壓迫后不適,難以側(cè)臥,1年前右側(cè)耳輪中部皮膚潰破并有流膿,局部出現(xiàn)攣縮。半年前左
[Abstract]:The patient was 52 years old.Due to 2 years of bilateral auricle stiffness and 1 year of right auricle ulcers, we visited our department of dermatology in December 2014.2 years ago, the patient had no obvious inducement to appear about 1 cm 脳 1 cm sclerosing area above the right auricle, and then gradually developed and affected the entire auricle, touching hard stone, limited flexural activity, and discomfort after sleep compression.Difficult to lie on the side, 1 year ago the middle of the right ear ring skin burst and drainage, local contracture.Left half a year ago.
