【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)尋常型白癜風(fēng)患者外周血清中趨化因子9(CXCL9)表達(dá)水平并探討其臨床意義。方法采用ELISA法檢測(cè)35例尋常型白癜風(fēng)患者(進(jìn)展期20例,穩(wěn)定期15例)和20例健康對(duì)照者血清CXCL9及IL-22含量。比較CXCL9、IL-22在各組血清中含量的差異,分析CXCL9、IL-22與白癱風(fēng)患者年齡、病程及皮損面積的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,進(jìn)展期白癜風(fēng)患者和穩(wěn)定期白癜風(fēng)患者血清CXCL9、IL-22含量明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);進(jìn)展期白癜風(fēng)患者血清CXCL9、IL-22明顯高于穩(wěn)定期白癜風(fēng)患者,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 CXCL9、IL-22可能參與了白癜風(fēng)的發(fā)病過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of chemokine CXCL9 in peripheral serum of patients with vitiligo vulgaris and to explore its clinical significance.Methods Serum CXCL9 and IL-22 levels were measured by ELISA in 35 patients with vitiligo vulgaris (20 patients with advanced vitiligo and 15 patients with stable stage) and 20 healthy controls.To compare the difference of serum CXCL9 IL-22 in each group, and to analyze the correlation between CXCL9 IL-22 and age, course of disease and area of skin lesion in patients with leukoplegia.Results the serum levels of CXCL9 IL-22 in advanced vitiligo patients and stable vitiligo patients were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the serum CXCL9 IL-22 levels in advanced vitiligo patients were significantly higher than those in stable vitiligo patients (P 0.05).Conclusion CXCL9 IL-22 may be involved in the pathogenesis of vitiligo.
