【摘要】：正患者女,40歲。肛周新生物半個(gè)月�；颊甙雮�(gè)月前無意中發(fā)現(xiàn)肛周有一新生物,無癥狀,無破潰、出血,自覺漸增大,未予特殊處理,于2013年1月23日就診于我科門診。既往體健,家族成員中無類似疾病者。體格檢查:一般狀況良好,系統(tǒng)檢查未見異常。皮膚科檢查:肛周2點(diǎn)鐘處一黃豆大新生物,囊樣外觀(圖1A),光滑堅(jiān)實(shí),無壓痛。皮損組織病理檢查:表皮正常,真皮內(nèi)見一個(gè)界限清楚結(jié)節(jié),呈囊實(shí)性,與其上
[Abstract]:The patient is 40 years old.New creatures around the anus for half a month.Half a month ago, the patient accidentally found a new creature around the anus, asymptomatic, without breaking, bleeding, consciously increasing, without special treatment, and was admitted to our outpatient clinic on January 23, 2013.In the past, there were no similar diseases in the family members.Physical examination: the general condition is good, the system examination is not abnormal.Dermatology examination: around 2 o'clock in the anus of a large new soybean, saccular appearance (Fig. 1, smooth and firm, no tenderness.Histopathological examination of the lesions: the epidermis is normal and a well defined and solid cyst is seen in the dermis.
