強脈沖光照射對體內(nèi)外膠原蛋白合成的影響

【摘要】: 目的 探討強脈沖光(IPL)對小鼠皮膚膠原含量及人皮膚成纖維細(xì)胞膠原分泌的影響,部分闡明強脈沖光作用的分子生物學(xué)機制。 方法 1.采用能量密度為32J/cm2強脈沖光照射小鼠背部皮膚,左側(cè)為對照,右側(cè)采用強脈沖光照射,分別于照射后1天、7天、14天、28天切取皮膚樣本,行HE染色,苦味酸-酸性品紅法(V-G染色)觀察皮膚組織及膠原變化。 2.采用能量密度為10、18、27、36、36J/cm2×2強脈沖光照射體外培養(yǎng)的人皮膚成纖維細(xì)胞,免疫細(xì)胞化學(xué)法檢測Ⅰ、Ⅲ型膠原蛋白的變化。 結(jié)果 1.32J/cm2的強脈沖光照射對真皮層厚度的影響不顯著(P0.05),但真皮膠原含量較對照組顯著增加(P0.05)。表皮層未見顯著改變。 2.不同能量密度強脈沖光照射人皮膚成纖維細(xì)胞并不能明顯促進(jìn)Ⅰ、Ⅲ型膠原分泌的增加(P0.05)。 結(jié)論 強脈沖光可促進(jìn)小鼠真皮膠原含量增加,但不能顯著刺激體外培養(yǎng)的人皮膚成纖維細(xì)胞Ⅰ、Ⅲ型膠原分泌的增加。
[Abstract]:PurposeTo investigate the effects of intense pulsed light (IPL) on the content of collagen in mouse skin and the secretion of collagen in human skin fibroblasts, the molecular biological mechanism of intense pulsed light was elucidated.Method1.The back skin of mice was irradiated with 32J/cm2 intense pulse light with energy density, the left side was used as control, and the right side was irradiated with intense pulse light.
