【摘要】：正1病歷摘要患者男,78歲。因腰背部丘疹3年余,于2015年7月21日來我院就診�；颊�3年前右側(cè)腰背部出現(xiàn)甲蓋大淡褐色斑塊,呈環(huán)狀,表面粗糙,緩慢增大,其上方見一綠豆大褐色斑片;2年前右腿及右上腹部出現(xiàn)甲蓋至指頭大淡紅色斑片,紅斑上見疣狀增生性丘疹,顏色呈黃褐色至暗紅色,逐漸增大。自行外用復(fù)方地塞米松乳膏(皮炎平)等藥物,無明顯好轉(zhuǎn)。
[Abstract]:1 Summary patient male, 78 years old. Because of the waist back papules more than 3 years, in July 21, 2015 in our hospital. The patients 3 years ago right back there a cover large pale brown patches, a ring, rough surface, the above increase slowly, see a big brown patch of mung bean; 2 years ago and the right leg right upper abdomen a finger cover to reddish patches, erythema see verrucous hyperplasia of high rash, color yellowish brown to dark red, gradually increasing. Self use of Compound Dexamethasone Acetate Cream (piyanping) and other drugs, no significant improvement.
