【摘要】：正臨床資料患者,男,42歲。因雙下肢丘疹伴癢6個月來我院就診。皮損初起為點狀紅色丘疹,逐漸增多,部分丘疹擴大后相互融合。曾自行購買"皮炎平"治療,療效不佳。既往無其他系統(tǒng)疾病史,家族中無類似患者。查體:雙下肢見多個群集性與毛發(fā)一致的粟粒大丘疹,部分融合成較大丘疹,呈紫紅色(圖1)。實驗室檢查示:血常規(guī)、肝腎功、血脂均正常。皮膚組織病理學檢查:表皮角化過度,毛囊角栓,毛囊周
[Abstract]:A 42-year-old male patient with clinical data was admitted to our hospital in the past 6 months because of papules of both lower limbs with itching. The lesions began to be punctate red papules, and gradually increased, and some papules expanded and fused with each other. They had purchased the treatment of "dermatitis ping" by themselves. No previous history of other systemic diseases, no similar patients in the family. Body examination: multiple clusters of miliary papules with the same hair were seen in both lower limbs, partially fused into larger papules, with a purplish red color (Fig. 1.
