【摘要】：患者女,48歲,右枕部包塊40余年,逐漸長大,近2~3年反復(fù)破潰,流液。皮損組織病理示:多個(gè)擴(kuò)大的皮膚囊腫,切面部分實(shí)性,部分囊性,囊壁由兩層立方上皮構(gòu)成,囊壁可見到乳頭狀突起及頂漿分泌現(xiàn)象,細(xì)胞中可見酸性物質(zhì)。診斷:右枕部頭皮多發(fā)性汗囊瘤。傷口分泌物培養(yǎng)示:無乳鏈球菌(B群)。
[Abstract]:The patient was 48 years old, the right occipital mass was more than 40 years old, and gradually grew up. In the past 2 ~ 3 years, she had broken repeatedly and had fluid. Histopathology of the lesions showed that there were several enlarged skin cysts, partly solid, partially cystic, and the wall of the cyst was composed of two layers of cuboidal epithelium. Papillary protuberance and apical plasma secretion could be seen in the cyst wall and acidic substances could be seen in the cells. Diagnosis: multiple hidrocytoma of the right occipital scalp. Wound secretion culture showed that there was no Streptococcus lactis B group.
