【摘要】：正患兒男,1歲5個(gè)月,出生后3個(gè)月被日光照射后面部發(fā)紅,出現(xiàn)多發(fā)粟粒狀結(jié)節(jié),誤認(rèn)為"濕疹",予以藥膏涂抹癥狀緩解不明顯,面部逐漸有色素沉著。1歲時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)左側(cè)面部有一蠶豆大小結(jié)節(jié),突出皮膚表面,2個(gè)月后自行消退,而后左眼下瞼處發(fā)現(xiàn)一腫物,生長(zhǎng)迅速,遂來就診。查體:患兒雙側(cè)面頰、鼻唇處有密集大小不等的棕褐色雀斑樣色素斑左眼下瞼處有一腫物,突出皮膚表面,頂部破潰略凹陷(圖1)。入院后首次行色素沉著部位皮膚活檢及腫物局部活檢而后又完整切除腫物送病理檢查。
[Abstract]:The male patient was 1 year old and 5 months old. After 3 months of birth, he became red on his face after being irradiated by sunlight. He appeared multiple miliary nodules, mistaken for "eczema". The symptoms of ointment smearing were not obvious. Pigmentation gradually occurred on the face. 1 years old, there was a Vicia faba shape nodules on the left face, which protruded the skin surface, and then subsided 2 months later, then a mass was found in the lower eyelid of the left eye, which grew rapidly, so it came to see a doctor. There is a mass on the lower eyelid of the left eye with dense brown freckle-like pigments of varying sizes at the nose and lip, projecting the surface of the skin. The skin biopsy of pigmentation site and local biopsy of the tumor were performed for the first time after admission and then the tumor was removed completely and sent to pathological examination.
