【摘要】： 目的：評價加味土槐飲聯合中波高能紫外線照射治療尋常型斑塊狀銀屑病的臨床療效。 方法：55例患者隨機分為3組：中藥組(18例),單照光組(17例),聯合組(20例)。中藥組口服加味土槐飲,每日2次；單照光組每周照射2次中波高能紫外線；聯合組口服加味土槐飲,每日2次,并且每周照射2次中波高能紫外線。療程均為4周,分別在治療前,治療1周后、2周后、3周后、4周后進行ESI評分,觀察療效。結果：治療4周后三組ESI積分均顯著下降(P0.05)；治療4周后療效指數比較,聯合組優(yōu)于中藥組(P=0.0000.05),單照光組優(yōu)于中藥組(P=0.0000.05),聯合組優(yōu)于單照光組(P=0.0280.05)。治療4周后三組有效率比較,中藥組與單照光組比較(P=0.270.0167),差異無統計學意義；單照光組與聯合組比較(P=0.6990.0167),差異無統計學意義；中藥組與聯合組比較(P=0.0080.0167),差異有統計學意義,聯合組有效率大于中藥組有效率。 結論：加味土槐飲和中波高能紫外線治療尋常型斑塊狀銀屑病均具有較好的療效,兩者聯合治療療效優(yōu)于單獨治療,兩者療效存在疊加效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of Jiawei Tuhuai decoction combined with high energy ultraviolet irradiation on plaque psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Fifty-five patients were randomly divided into three groups: Chinese medicine group (n = 18), single light group (n = 17) and combined group (n = 20). The combined group was treated with modified Duhuai decoction twice a day and irradiated twice a week with high energy ultraviolet B (UVB). The course of treatment was 4 weeks. The ESI score was evaluated before treatment, 2 weeks after 1 week and 3 weeks after treatment, and 4 weeks after treatment. Results: after 4 weeks of treatment, the ESI score of the three groups decreased significantly (P 0.05), and the curative effect index was compared after 4 weeks of treatment. The combined group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group (0.0000.05), the single light group was better than the traditional Chinese medicine group (0.0000.05), the combined group was superior to the single light group (P 0.0280.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rates of the three groups were compared, and there was no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the single light group (0.270.0167). There was no significant difference between the single light group and the combined group, but there was no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the combined group, the difference was statistically significant, and the effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group. Conclusion: both modified Duhuai decoction and high energy ultraviolet radiation have good therapeutic effect on plaque psoriasis vulgaris. The combined treatment effect is better than that of single treatment, and there is a superposition effect between them.
