【摘要】：患者男,10歲,四肢無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)條帶狀瘀斑20d,自覺痛和觸痛,查血尿便常規(guī)、凝血、生化、四肢靜脈B超等未見明顯異常。診斷:痛性青紫綜合征。
[Abstract]:The patient was 10 years old and had no obvious inducement to appear band ecchymosis on his limbs for 20 days. He was conscious of pain and tenderness. There was no obvious abnormality in routine examination of hematuria, coagulation, biochemistry, B-ultrasound of extremities and veins. Diagnosis: painful cyanotic syndrome.
