【摘要】：目的:觀察依巴斯汀片聯(lián)合除濕止癢軟膏治療手部角化皸裂性濕疹的臨床療效及安全性。方法:將135例手部角化皸裂性濕疹患者按治療方案分為對照A組(45例)、對照B組(43例)及治療組(47例)。對照A組患者口服依巴斯汀片,每次10 mg,qd;對照B組患者單用除濕止癢軟膏,早晚1次,以薄層涂于患處;治療組患者口服同等劑量依巴斯汀片聯(lián)合除濕止癢軟膏涂于患處。3組患者均連續(xù)治療4周。觀察3組患者臨床療效及治療前后瘙癢、皮損面積、角化、皸裂和視覺模擬(VAS)評分,并比較不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:治療組患者臨床總有效率為68.09%,明顯高于對照A組的42.22%及對照B組的16.28%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3組患者治療前瘙癢、皮損面積、角化、皸裂及VAS評分比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后,3組患者上述評分均顯著降低,且治療組顯著低于對照A組及對照B組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3組患者不良反應(yīng)均輕微,且發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:依巴斯汀片聯(lián)合除濕止癢軟膏治療手部角化皸裂性濕疹療效顯著,能明顯改善患者皮膚癥狀,且安全性較高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Ebastine tablet combined with dehumidification and itching ointment in treating hand keratosis chapped eczema. Methods: 135 cases of hand keratosis chapped eczema were divided into control group A (n = 45) and control group A (n = 45). Control group (n = 43) and treatment group (n = 47). The patients in control group B were treated with dehumidification and itching ointment once in the morning and evening. The patients in the treatment group were treated for 4 weeks with the same dose of Ebastine tablets combined with dehumidification and itching ointment for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy and the scores of pruritus, lesion area, keratosis, chapped and visual analogue vas were observed before and after treatment in the three groups. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 68.09, which was significantly higher than that of the control group A (42.22%) and the control group B (16.28%). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of chapped and VAS between the three groups (P 0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group A and B, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the adverse reactions of the patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group A and B, the difference being statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of eczema (P 0.05). Conclusion: Ebadine tablet combined with dehumidification and itching ointment is effective in treating keratosis chapped eczema of the hand, and it can obviously improve the skin symptoms of the patients, and its safety is high.
