【摘要】：正患者,女,36歲,因面部丘疹20年就診。20年前患者雙側(cè)鼻翼出現(xiàn)膚色丘疹,隨年齡增長,皮疹逐漸增多、增大,自覺瘙癢。家族史:患者父母及親緣中無近親婚配史,婚后育一子一女,子女無類似疾病。家系調(diào)查3代16人,發(fā)現(xiàn)患者弟弟24歲,自10歲始面部出現(xiàn)類似皮疹,但癥狀較患者輕,且不同意行皮膚組織病理學(xué)檢查,故未明確診斷。患者體格檢查:發(fā)育正常,各系統(tǒng)檢查未見異常。皮膚科檢查:雙側(cè)鼻
[Abstract]:Positive patients, female, 36 years old, 20 years of treatment because of facial papules.20 years ago appeared in patients with bilateral alar skin papules with age, skin rash gradually increased, increasing, consciously itching. Family history: no history of consanguineous parents and relatives of patients, married a son and a daughter, no child like disease. The investigation of the 3 generation of 16 people, found that patients with brother is 24 years old, from the age of 10 began to face similar rash, but symptoms in patients with mild, and without consent for histopathologic examination, it is not clear diagnosis.
