【摘要】：患者女,53歲。反復(fù)咽喉梗阻疼痛、口腔潰瘍伴軀干、四肢水皰8月余。皮膚科情況:前胸、腰背部、四肢見零星分布的綠豆至蠶豆大小的紅斑、水皰及萎縮性或增生性瘢痕。皮損組織病理示:表皮下水皰及裂隙形成,真皮淺層及血管周圍見嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞及中性粒細(xì)胞、淋巴細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)。直接免疫熒光:Ig G,Ig A在基底膜帶呈線狀沉積。診斷:瘢痕性類天皰瘡。
[Abstract]:The patient was 53 years old. She had recurrent sore throat obstruction, oral ulcer with trunk, and blisters on the extremities on August. Dermatology: scattered spots of mung bean to broad bean size were seen in the front chest, back of waist, and limbs. Blisters and atrophic or hypertrophic scars. Histopathology of lesions showed the formation of subepidermal blister and fissure. Eosinophils and neutrophils were found in the superficial dermis and around blood vessels. Lymphocytic infiltration. Direct immunofluorescence (DIFI): Ig GG A deposited linearly in the basal membrane zone. Diagnosis: cicatricial pemphigoid.
