【摘要】：目的了解外陰硬化性苔蘚患者的臨床特征,探討最佳治療方案。方法回顧性分析本科診治的67例外陰硬化性苔蘚患者的臨床資料。結(jié)果 67例患者中,男10例,女57例,31例(54.38%)女性患者發(fā)生于絕經(jīng)期后,11例(19.30%)發(fā)生于青春期前;年齡4~73歲,平均(44.69±0.87)歲;12例(17.91%)合并自身免疫性疾病,5例(7.46%)有自身免疫性疾病家族史。40例(70.17%)皮損位于大陰唇,局部外用糖皮質(zhì)激素和他克莫司的療效確切。結(jié)論女性外陰硬化性苔蘚發(fā)病高峰為絕經(jīng)期,局部外用糖皮質(zhì)激素和他克莫司有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the clinical characteristics of vulva lichen sclerosus and to explore the best treatment scheme. Methods the clinical data of 67 patients with vulva sclerosing lichen sclerosus were retrospectively analyzed. (54.38%) female patients occurred in postmenopausal period (11 cases (19.30)) occurred before puberty; age (44.69 鹵0.87) years old (mean 44.69 鹵0.87) years (12 cases) with autoimmune diseases (5 cases / 7.46) have family history of autoimmune diseases .40 cases (70.17)) lesions were located on the labia Magnae. Conclusion the peak incidence of female vulvar lichen sclerosus is menopause, and topical use of glucocorticoid and tacrolimus is effective.
