【摘要】：目的分析比較廣東省不同地區(qū)麻風(fēng)村休養(yǎng)員生存質(zhì)量差異。方法利用WHOQOL-BREF問卷對(duì)粵東、粵西、珠三角地區(qū)麻風(fēng)村休養(yǎng)員生存質(zhì)量進(jìn)行分析,并以社區(qū)老人作為參照,統(tǒng)計(jì)方法采用醊2檢驗(yàn)、方差分析。結(jié)果生存質(zhì)量總評(píng)分在不同地區(qū)間存在總體差異(F=23.78,P0.001),分值由高到低依次為珠三角(76.46±14.76)分、粵東(69.74±6.12)分和粵西(55.33±21.63)分,社區(qū)老人(78.77±12.36)分高于各地麻風(fēng)村休養(yǎng)員。生存質(zhì)量4個(gè)領(lǐng)域中,生理、社會(huì)、環(huán)境領(lǐng)域在不同地區(qū)間均存在總體差異(F值分別為12.85、13.67、10.46,均有P0.05),盡管心理領(lǐng)域總體在各地區(qū)間無差異,但Q5(生活有樂趣)、Q6(生活有意義)及Q26(有消極感受)均存在總體差異。麻風(fēng)畸殘對(duì)生存質(zhì)量存在影響(F=9.23,P=0.001),但Ⅰ級(jí)畸殘和Ⅱ級(jí)畸殘之間不存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P=0.257)。結(jié)論各地區(qū)麻風(fēng)村休養(yǎng)員生存質(zhì)量存在差異,但均低于社區(qū)人群,我們應(yīng)進(jìn)一步探討造成差異的原因,進(jìn)行有效干預(yù)。麻風(fēng)畸殘降低生存質(zhì)量,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)麻風(fēng)病人的畸殘防護(hù),不斷提高麻風(fēng)病人的生存質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and compare the quality of life (QOL) of leprosy village recuperators in different areas of Guangdong province. Methods the quality of life of leprosy village recuperators in eastern Guangdong, western Guangdong and Pearl River Delta was analyzed with WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire, and the elderly in the community were taken as reference. Results the total score of quality of life (QOL) was 23.78% (P 0.001), 76.46 鹵14.76 (P < 0.05), 69.74 鹵6.12 (P < 0.05) and 55.33 鹵21.63 (P < 0.05), respectively, from high to low in the Pearl River Delta, and 69.74 鹵6.12 in the east of Guangdong Province, and 55.33 鹵21.63 in the west of Guangdong Province, respectively. The scores of 78.77 鹵12.36 in community elderly were higher than those in leprosy village recuperators. In the four fields of quality of life, there were overall differences in physiological, social and environmental fields among different regions. The F values were 12.85 (13.67%) 10.46 (P 0.05), although there was no difference in psychological field among different regions. However, Q5 (having fun in life) and Q26 (having negative feelings) are all different. There is an effect of leprosy disability on quality of life, but there is no statistical difference between class 鈪，
