【摘要】：目的:分析江蘇省臨床醫(yī)生治療淋病使用抗生素的情況,為制訂淋病的防治策略提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:采用整群抽樣、面對(duì)面訪問的方法,對(duì)全省13個(gè)性病監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)的195名臨床醫(yī)生臨床治療淋病使用抗生素情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,使用Logistic回歸模型進(jìn)行多因素分析。結(jié)果:在調(diào)查的195名臨床醫(yī)生中,聯(lián)合用藥的占56.41%,聯(lián)合用藥中以國家指南作為依據(jù)的為88名,占到80%,合并其他感染和個(gè)人經(jīng)驗(yàn)和習(xí)慣的分別占了18.19%和1.82%;以頭孢作為首選藥治療的占87.69%;醫(yī)生所在醫(yī)院類別和所在科室類別對(duì)淋病治療用藥的影響較大(P0.05);在多因素分析中,皮膚病醫(yī)院多傾向于聯(lián)合用藥(P0.001),并傾向于使用除頭孢曲松鈉以外的其他頭孢類抗生素治療淋病(P0.001),皮膚科醫(yī)生在聯(lián)合用藥時(shí)更喜歡按照個(gè)人習(xí)慣和經(jīng)驗(yàn)而不是按照國家指南來治療淋病(P0.05)。結(jié)論:臨床醫(yī)生對(duì)淋病治療標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的掌握還有欠缺,尤其是應(yīng)加強(qiáng)皮膚病性病醫(yī)院和醫(yī)生治療淋病臨床用藥的培訓(xùn),不斷提高淋病的診療水平,更好地控制性病艾滋病在我省的傳播。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the use of antibiotics in the treatment of gonorrhea by clinical doctors in Jiangsu Province, and to provide scientific basis for formulating the prevention and treatment strategy of gonorrhea. Methods: cluster sampling and face to face visit were used. The use of antibiotics in clinical treatment of gonorrhea was investigated among 195 clinicians in 13 STD surveillance sites throughout the province, and multivariate analysis was carried out by using Logistic regression model. Results: among 195 clinicians surveyed, Among them, 56.41 were used in combination and 88 were based on national guidelines. Accounting for 80%, 18.19% and 1.82 of other infections and personal experiences and habits, respectively; 87.69 percent of patients treated with cephalosporal as the first drug; the type of hospital where the doctor is in and the type of department where the doctor has a greater influence on the treatment of gonorrhea; and in the multivariate analysis, Dermatologists tend to use combination drugs (P0.001g) and ceftriaxone antibiotics (other than ceftriaxone sodium) for gonorrhea. Dermatologists are more likely to follow their personal habits and experiences rather than follow the guidelines for the treatment of gonorrhea. National guidelines for the treatment of gonorrhea P0.05.Conclusion: clinicians still have a lack of mastery of the criteria for the treatment of gonorrhea. In particular, we should strengthen the training of clinical medication for gonorrhea in dermatological STD hospitals and doctors, improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of gonorrhea, and better control the spread of STDs and AIDS in our province.
