梅毒螺旋體大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類抗生素耐藥位點(diǎn)的監(jiān)測

【摘要】:目的調(diào)查湖南衡陽地區(qū)梅毒螺旋體23 rRNA基因上A2058G和A2059G突變現(xiàn)狀。方法常規(guī)PCR擴(kuò)增一期梅毒患者下疳樣本中Tp pol A基因,篩選Tp DNA陽性樣本;巢氏PCR擴(kuò)增Tp 23r RNA基因,分別采用限制性內(nèi)切酶MboⅡ和BsaⅠ酶切純化的PCR產(chǎn)物。結(jié)果 43例下疳分泌物中篩選出39例Tp DNA陽性樣本;39例樣本全部檢出A2058G突變,而未檢出A2059G突變。結(jié)論湖南衡陽地區(qū)Tp流行株存在高頻率23rRNA基因點(diǎn)突變,臨床上在治療梅毒時(shí)應(yīng)謹(jǐn)慎使用大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類抗生素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of A2058G and A2059G mutations in 23 rRNA gene of Treponema pallidum in Hengyang, Hunan Province.
