IL-33與皮膚炎癥性疾病關系的研究進展

【摘要】:IL-33是IL-1細胞因子超家族的成員,組成性的表達于多種人類組織的細胞上,在皮膚組織細胞上呈現高表達。IL-33的特異性受體是轉硫酶同系物(ST2),主要表達在Th2細胞、肥大細胞、巨噬細胞、樹突狀細胞、NK細胞和自然殺傷性T細胞等免疫細胞表面。IL-33的經典信號途徑是通過ST2配體(ST2L)和IL-1受體輔助蛋白(IL-1RAP)組成的異二聚體,將信號轉導至細胞內。IL-33是一種雙效型的細胞因子,與皮膚多種炎癥性疾病密切相關,尤其是銀屑病和特應性皮炎,本文對IL-33及其在皮膚相關炎癥性疾病的研究進展進行了綜述。
[Abstract]:IL-33 is a member of the IL-1 cytokine superfamily, which is constitutively expressed in a variety of human tissue cells. The specific receptor for high expression of IL-33 in skin tissue cells is the S-transferase homologue ST2, which is mainly expressed in Th2 cells and mast cells. The classic signaling pathway of IL-33 on the surface of immune cells, such as macrophages, dendritic cells, NK cells and natural killer T cells, is the heterodimer composed of ST2 ligand ST2L) and IL-1 receptor helper protein IL-1RAP. The signal transduction to intracellular. IL-33 is a double acting cytokine, which is closely related to many inflammatory diseases of skin, especially psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. This article reviews the research progress of IL-33 and its role in skin related inflammatory diseases.
