【摘要】：目的觀察梅毒患者驅(qū)梅治療前、后外周血單一核細(xì)胞(PBMC)表面Toll樣受體2的變化情況。方法對(duì)初診為梅毒的患者分別于驅(qū)梅治療前及驅(qū)梅治療結(jié)束后1年抽取外周靜脈血檢測其PBMC的TLR2+CD14+表達(dá)情況及TLR2+CD14+占CD14+細(xì)胞群的比例。并選60例健康者作為對(duì)照組進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果初診時(shí)梅毒患者外周血PBMC的中CD14+TLR2+表達(dá)及百分比均明顯低于正常對(duì)照組,且差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)。其中一期的初診梅毒患者外周血PBMC的TLR2+CD14+陽性率低于二期初診梅毒患者和隱性梅毒患者,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001);血清固定組復(fù)診時(shí)TLR2(MFI)表達(dá)低于血清陰轉(zhuǎn)組TLR2(MFI)表達(dá)(P0.001),血清固定組的初診和復(fù)診者TLR2+CD14+細(xì)胞(%)均低于血清陰轉(zhuǎn)組TLR2+CD14+細(xì)胞(%)(P0.05)。結(jié)論 TLR2+CD14+陽性細(xì)胞表達(dá)上調(diào)不夠,其可能導(dǎo)致發(fā)生梅毒血清固定。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the syphilis patients before treatment, Methods the changes of Toll-like receptor 2 on the surface of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were observed in patients with newly diagnosed syphilis. TLR2 CD14 expression of PBMC was detected in peripheral venous blood samples from patients with syphilis before treatment and 1 year after treatment. The percentage of TLR2 CD14 in CD14 cell group and 60 healthy controls were compared. Results the expression and percentage of CD14 TLR2 in peripheral blood of syphilis patients were significantly lower than those in normal control group. The positive rate of TLR2 CD14 in peripheral blood of primary syphilis patients was lower than that of secondary syphilis patients and recessive syphilis patients. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.001), the expression of TLR2mF-MFI in serum fixation group was lower than that in sero-negative transition group (P 0.001), and the expression of TLR2 CD14 cells in serum fixation group was lower than that in TLR2 CD14 cell line P0.050.Conclusion the expression of TLR2 CD14 positive cells is not enough, and the expression of TLR2 CD14 positive cells is not enough. It may lead to syphilis serum fixation.
