【摘要】：患者男,30歲。頭皮丘疹1年余。皮膚科情況:上頭皮可見約十余個(gè)皮色丘疹,呈圓形或類圓形,大小約0.1cm~0.6cm不等。質(zhì)地稍硬,表面略粗糙,中央見一臍形凹陷,內(nèi)有淡黃色角質(zhì)物質(zhì)。皮損組織病理:鏡下可見一擴(kuò)張毛囊,表皮呈杯狀凹陷,擴(kuò)張毛囊內(nèi)可見角質(zhì)樣物質(zhì),其下方可見圓體和谷粒,表皮棘層松解,局部形成假性絨毛。結(jié)合臨床及病理檢查診斷為多發(fā)性疣狀角化不良瘤。
[Abstract]:The patient was 30 years old and had a scalp papules for more than one year. Dermatology showed that there were more than ten skin color papules on the upper scalp, which were round or round in size, ranging in size from 0.1 cm to 0.6 cm. The texture was slightly hard, the surface was slightly rough, and a navel depression was seen in the center. Histopathology of skin lesions: a dilated hair follicle was seen under the microscope, the epidermis was goblet like sag, keratinoid substance could be seen in the dilated hair follicle, round body and grain could be seen below it, and the epidermal spinous layer was loosened. Pseudo villi were formed locally. Multiple verrucous keratosis was diagnosed by clinical and pathological examination.
