【摘要】：正患者男,24歲。主訴:因右手背黑褐色腫物10年,于2013年2月來(lái)我院就診。現(xiàn)病史:患者自10年前無(wú)明顯原因右手背出現(xiàn)一黑褐色米粒大腫物,無(wú)明顯自覺癥狀,并逐漸緩慢增大至黃豆大。患者曾2次于外院診斷為藍(lán)痣,并建議手術(shù)切除。既往史及家族史:患者既往體健,家族中無(wú)類似疾病患者。體格檢查:系統(tǒng)檢查均正常。皮膚科檢查:右手背一黃豆大黑褐色丘疹,表面光滑,邊界清晰(圖1),其他部位未見類似皮損。
[Abstract]:The patient was 24 years old. The main complaint: because of the dark brown tumor of right hand back for 10 years, came to our hospital in February 2013. The present history: the patient had no obvious reason from 10 years ago right hand back to appear a black brown rice grain big tumor, has no obvious conscious symptom, The patient had been diagnosed as blue nevus twice before the hospital, and was recommended to be removed surgically. Past history and family history: the patient had been in good health. There are no patients with similar diseases in the family. Physical examination: the system is normal. Dermatology: a large dark brown papules on the back of the right hand with a smooth surface and clear borders (Fig. 1, no similar lesions are found elsewhere.
