【摘要】：目的了解暗娼社會網(wǎng)絡特征,分析其與性病艾滋病傳播的關系,以便更好地在該人群中開展防制性病艾滋病工作。方法采用方便抽樣與滾雪球抽樣相結合的方法,在建湖縣抽取研究對象,共有400名符合條件的暗娼接受問卷調查。調查內容主要包括社會人口學特征、社會網(wǎng)絡特征、近6個月內性行為中安全套使用頻率、最近一次商業(yè)性行為是否使用安全套、曾經(jīng)發(fā)生過性行為的異性朋友(非商業(yè)性伴)數(shù)量等。結果建湖縣暗娼在社會網(wǎng)絡中的聯(lián)系方式以社交軟件(QQ或微信)為主(89.3%),多為每天都使用(90.0%),每周至少聯(lián)系一次的聯(lián)系人有16個。77.8%的暗娼偶爾會與其網(wǎng)絡成員間聊私密/敏感話題(如性行為、顧客等)。社交網(wǎng)絡使用頻率,會對最近6個月內性行為中安全套使用頻率產(chǎn)生影響。聊敏感話題的頻率、咨詢網(wǎng)絡是否存在,會對曾經(jīng)發(fā)生過性行為的異性朋友(非商業(yè)性伴)數(shù)量產(chǎn)生影響。結論暗娼的社會網(wǎng)絡有其獨特性,會對性病艾滋病的傳播產(chǎn)生影響,對制定針對該人群的防治策略具有參考意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the social network characteristics of CSW and analyze the relationship between STDs and HIV / AIDS transmission in order to better carry out the prevention and control of STDs and AIDS in this population. Methods the method of convenient sampling and snowball sampling was adopted. A total of 400 eligible prostitutes were investigated in Jianhu County. The main contents of the survey included social demographic characteristics, social network characteristics, condom use frequency in sexual intercourse in the past 6 months. Whether or not condoms were used in the most recent commercial sex, The number of heterosexual friends (non-commercial partners) who had ever had sex, etc. Results the social networking methods of prostitutes in Jianhu County were mainly social software (QQ or WeChat), most of which were used 90. 0% a day, at least once a week. Of the secondary contacts, 16. 77.8% of prostitutes occasionally chat with their network members about private / sensitive topics (such as sexual activity). Customers, etc. The frequency of use of social networks has an impact on condom use in sexual intercourse in the last 6 months. Talk about sensitive topics and ask if the network exists. It will have an effect on the number of heterosexual friends (non-commercial partners) who have had sex. Conclusion the social network of prostitutes is unique and has an impact on the spread of sexually transmitted diseases and HIV / AIDS. It has the reference significance for the formulation of the prevention and cure strategy for this population.
