【摘要】：目的:觀察非剝脫性Lux1540nm點(diǎn)陣激光對(duì)黃褐斑的治療效果和安全性。方法:黃褐斑患者29例,運(yùn)用Lux1540nm點(diǎn)陣激光(美國Palomar公司生產(chǎn)),波長1540nm,光斑直徑15mm,能量6至8J/cm2,每4周一次,6次為一療程,觀察其臨床療效及副作用。結(jié)果:29例患者經(jīng)過治療后,基本治愈13例(44.8%),顯效9例(31%),好轉(zhuǎn)6例(20.7%),無效1例,總有效率為75.9%。治療后患者的皮膚微紅,不出血、不結(jié)痂。恢復(fù)后無色素脫失,不易產(chǎn)生色素沉著,不產(chǎn)生瘢痕。結(jié)論:非剝脫性Lux1540nm點(diǎn)陣激光治療黃褐斑安全性高,療效顯著,不影響患者的日常生活及工作,是一種安全,有效的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of non-stripping Lux1540nm lattice laser in the treatment of chloasma. Using Lux1540nm lattice laser (produced by Palomar Company, USA, wavelength 1540nm, spot diameter 15mm, energy 6 to 8J / cm ~ 2, once every 4 weeks. Results after the treatment of 29 cases, 13 cases were cured, 9 cases had remarkable effect, and 6 cases had improved 20. 7). One case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 75.9%. After treatment, the skin of the patients was reddish, no bleeding, no scab, no loss of pigmentation after recovery, and it was not easy to produce pigmentation. Conclusion: Non-stripping Lux1540nm lattice laser is a safe and effective method for the treatment of chloasma.
