【摘要】：正1病例資料例1.男,33歲。左腹部紅斑伴瘙癢10年,左下肢紅斑伴瘙癢6年,于2014年7月22日到我科門(mén)診就診�；颊�10年前左腹部出現(xiàn)手掌大不規(guī)則淡紅色斑片,自行外用"無(wú)極膏"等藥物,無(wú)明顯好轉(zhuǎn),紅斑逐漸擴(kuò)大,顏色變淡變暗,6年前左臀部及左大腿出現(xiàn)淡褐色斑片,逐漸增大,累及左小腿,皮損出現(xiàn)輕度萎縮。體格檢查:系統(tǒng)檢查無(wú)異常。皮膚科檢查:左腰腹部及左下肢見(jiàn)甲蓋至20
[Abstract]:The case data of 1 cases was 1. men, 33 years old. Left abdominal erythema with pruritus for 10 years, left lower limb erythema with itching for 6 years, in July 22, 2014 to our department outpatient clinic. In 10 years ago left abdomen palm irregular reddish patches, self use of "Compositus Mentholi Cream" and other drugs, no significant improvement in erythema, gradually expanded, the color of pale dark, 6 years ago, left hip and left thigh appear pale brown patches, gradually increased, in the left leg, the lesions appeared mild atrophy. Physical examination: there is no abnormal examination of the system. Department of Dermatology examination: left waist and abdomen and left lower extremities see nail cover to 20
