【摘要】：正1 病歷摘要患者女,18歲。因頸部、腋下、腹股溝及乆窩紅斑、丘疹、膿皰伴發(fā)熱、腫脹3 d入院治療�；颊哂谌朐呵�3 d因打碎溫度計,液態(tài)汞流出,經(jīng)簡單清掃后仍居住于污染房間,12 h后右下肢屈側(cè)出現(xiàn)水腫性紅斑,境界較清楚,后皮疹逐漸增多,發(fā)展至頸部、軀干及下肢褶皺處,以頸部、腹股溝及乆窩處為重,右下肢乆窩處腫脹明顯,其上可見密集針尖大膿皰,伴發(fā)熱,體溫最高38.2℃,飲食可,睡眠、二便正常。
[Abstract]:The 1 case history of the patient is 18 years old. For the neck, armpits, groin and fossa erythema, papules and pustules of people with fever, swelling of 3 D hospitalization. Patients in the hospital before 3 D for breaking the thermometer, liquid mercury outflow through simple cleaning after living in polluted room, after 12 h of right lower limb flexor side appeared edematous erythema, with clear boundary, after the rash gradually increased, to the neck, trunk and lower limbs folds, with neck, groin and fossa of people as the most important, the right lower limb person fossa swelling significantly, the visible tip of dense pustules, accompanied by fever, the highest temperature of 38.2 DEG C, diet, sleep, two normal.
