1.1.目的評(píng)估單源雙能CT平掃鑒別腎上腺囊腫和低密度腺瘤的診斷意義。1.2.材料和方法回顧性收集2011年8月至2015年7月使用GE Discovery 750 HD掃描儀器(Gemstone Spectral Imaging(GSI),GE healthcare,Milwaukee,WI)行腎上腺單源雙能CT平掃,CT診斷為低密度腎上腺結(jié)節(jié)并經(jīng)病理證實(shí)為腎上腺囊腫或腎上腺腺瘤的患者58例,平均年齡(52.14±10.5)歲,范圍為24-74歲。本研究包括18例腎上腺囊腫(男8例,女10例)和40例低密度腎上腺腺瘤(男15例,女25例)。單源雙能CT生成虛擬單能量能譜(Virtual monochromatic spectral,VMS)和基物質(zhì)分解(Material decomposition,MD)圖像,從VMS圖像中可獲得40-140ke V單能量CT值和有效原子序數(shù),從MD圖像中可獲得脂基值和水基值。在腎上腺囊腫和低密度腺瘤的最大層面測(cè)量,相隔10天分別測(cè)量?jī)纱?即ROI1和ROI2),每個(gè)ROI為病灶面積的2/3并且避開壞死或出血。利用虛擬單能量各Ke V對(duì)應(yīng)的CT值計(jì)算...
