目的:探討2型糖尿病患者并發(fā)急性胰腺炎的危險(xiǎn)因素并為2型糖尿病患者臨床診治中早期識(shí)別急性胰腺炎提供參考。方法:利用永州市中心醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科病例數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行一項(xiàng)病例對(duì)照研究,研究對(duì)象包括符合入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的病例組55名以及對(duì)照組186名。根據(jù)logistic回歸分析估算的比值比（odds radio,OR）表示2型糖尿病患者發(fā)生急性胰腺炎的相對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。結(jié)果:（1）2型糖尿病住院患者中急性胰腺炎的患病率為0.9%。（2）一般情況方面,兩組患者在年齡（t=-1.43,P=0.160）上無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,在性別構(gòu)成（χ2=9.72,P<0.001）、糖尿病病程（Z=-2.03,P=0.042）或體質(zhì)指數(shù)（Z=-5.75,P<0.001）上有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。（3）合并癥方面,兩組患者在高滲高血糖綜合征（χ2=0.68,P=0.409）上無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,在乳酸酸中毒（χ2=4.70,P=0.030）、膽道疾�。é�2=26.35,P<0.001）、糖尿病酮癥酸中毒（χ2=15.33,P<0.001）或慢性并發(fā)癥（χ2=4.06,P=0.044）上有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。（4）實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)方面,兩組患...
