目的探討脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度、面積變化率、收縮期峰值流速、舒張末期血流速度、內(nèi)膜-中層厚度等多種超聲參數(shù)聯(lián)合評(píng)估2型糖尿病血管病變的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法對(duì)60例2型糖尿病患者及30例健康志愿者行雙側(cè)頸動(dòng)脈彩超檢查,分析PWV與年齡、BMI、患病時(shí)間的相關(guān)性,比較糖尿病組與正常對(duì)照組間各參數(shù)的差異性。結(jié)果ES與年齡、患病時(shí)間呈正相關(guān)（P均<0.05）。糖尿病患病時(shí)間超過(guò)4年組ES值較正常對(duì)照組、患病時(shí)間不足4年組大（P均<0.05）。糖尿病組EDV值較正常對(duì)照組�。≒<0.05）,糖尿病組頸動(dòng)脈面積變化率、IMT均較正常對(duì)照組大（P均<0.05）。結(jié)論多種超聲參數(shù)聯(lián)合評(píng)估2型糖尿病患者頸動(dòng)脈彈性力學(xué)信息有助于我們更為全面地了解動(dòng)脈硬化進(jìn)程中動(dòng)脈壁彈性變化。
