全身振動(dòng)訓(xùn)練對(duì)骨質(zhì)疏松患者治療效果的Meta分析

【摘要】:目的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)全身振動(dòng)訓(xùn)練對(duì)骨質(zhì)疏松患者的治療效果。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Pub Med、EMbase、The Cochrane Library(2017年1期)、CBM、Wan Fang Data和CNKI數(shù)據(jù)庫,收集關(guān)于全身振動(dòng)訓(xùn)練對(duì)骨質(zhì)疏松患者效果的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn),檢索時(shí)限均從建庫至2017年1月31日。2名研究人員獨(dú)立篩選文獻(xiàn)、提取資料并評(píng)價(jià)納入研究的偏倚風(fēng)險(xiǎn)后,采用Rev Man 5.3軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果共納入文獻(xiàn)8篇,657例患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,與對(duì)照組相比,全身振動(dòng)訓(xùn)練對(duì)骨質(zhì)疏松患者的腰椎骨密度[MD=0.00,95%CI(-0.01~0.01),P=0.92]、橈骨松質(zhì)骨體積骨密度[MD=-0.87,95%CI(-2.93~1.20),P=0.41]、脛骨松質(zhì)骨體積骨密度[MD=0.34,95%CI(-0.69~1.38),P=0.52]沒有影響;但可以減輕患者的疼痛[MD=-0.67,95%CI(-1.12~-0.22),P=0.003]、降低跌倒發(fā)生率[MD=0.50,95%CI(0.29~0.86),P=0.01]。結(jié)論全身振動(dòng)訓(xùn)練并不能改善骨質(zhì)疏松患者的腰椎骨密度、脛骨和橈骨松質(zhì)骨體積骨密度,但可以減輕疼痛,而預(yù)防跌倒的效果及其安全性還有待進(jìn)一步的證實(shí)。
