老年2型糖尿病患者血漿同型半胱氨酸的表達(dá)及其與骨密度的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的探討老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血漿同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的表達(dá)及與骨密度的關(guān)系。方法老年T2DM患者120例,根據(jù)骨密度水平將患者分為OP組(38例),骨密度降低患者為觀察組(40例),骨密度正;颊邽檎=M(42例),另選擇該院健康體檢老年人40例為對照組;收集研究對象間基線資料,測定其血清鈣(Ca)、血清磷(P)、血脂及骨密度,并分析各組間各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的差異。結(jié)果 OP組體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI)及骨密度水平均低于其他3組,觀察組BMI及骨密度低于正常組和對照組,OP組、觀察組、正常組糖化血紅蛋白(Hb A1c)均低于對照組(P0.05);OP組血清Hcy水平顯著高于其他3組,觀察組高于正常組和對照組,正常組亦高于對照組(P0.05);相關(guān)性分析發(fā)現(xiàn),骨密度與BMI及Hb A1c均呈正相關(guān)(r=0.271、0.421;P0.05),與血清Hcy水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.554;P0.05)。結(jié)論機(jī)體血清Hcy水平升高可引起機(jī)體骨密度降低,是導(dǎo)致OP發(fā)生的危險因素,因此,老年T2DM患者應(yīng)當(dāng)控制機(jī)體血清Hcy水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of plasma homocysteine (Hcy) and its relationship with bone mineral density (bone mineral density) in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods 120 elderly patients with T2DM were divided into OP group (n = 38), observation group (n = 40) and normal group (n = 42) according to the level of bone mineral density (bone mineral density), and 40 elderly patients were selected as control group. The serum calcium (Ca), serum phosphorus (P), blood lipid and bone mineral density were measured and the differences among the groups were analyzed. Results the body mass index (BMI) and bone mineral density in OP group were lower than those in the other three groups.
