【摘要】：目的:觀察石英毓麟湯輔助治療多囊卵巢綜合癥(PCOS)的臨床療效及對(duì)血清瘦素(Leptin)水平的影響。方法:將海南省中醫(yī)院2012年3月~2015年3月收治的94例PCOS患者采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各47例,兩組均給予西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療(達(dá)英-35、氯米芬、尿促性素等),觀察組加用石英毓麟湯輔助治療3個(gè)月經(jīng)周期,比較兩組療效。結(jié)果:治療后觀察組血清LH、T、E_2水平改善優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05),中醫(yī)證候各項(xiàng)積分及總分顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),卵巢體積顯著小于對(duì)照組(P0.05),子宮體積顯著大于對(duì)照組(P0.05),血清瘦素水平顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),痊愈率顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:石英毓麟湯輔助治療PCOS對(duì)于改善患者的臨床證候、降低瘦素水平、改善激素水平及提高治療效果具有積極作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of quartz Yulin decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and its effect on serum leptin (Leptin) level. Methods: 94 patients with PCOS treated in Hainan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2012 to March 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 47) and control group (n = 47). Both groups were treated with routine western medicine treatment (Daying-35, clomiphene, urinary gonadotropin, etc.). The observation group was treated with quartz Yulin decoction for 3 menstrual cycles, and the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results: after treatment, the improvement of serum LH,T,E_2 level in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P 0.05). The scores and total scores of TCM syndromes were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), the ovarian volume was significantly smaller than that in the control group (P 0.05), the uterine volume was significantly larger than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the serum leptin level was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the auxiliary treatment of PCOS with quartz Yulin decoction has a positive effect on improving the clinical syndrome, reducing the level of leptin, improving the level of hormone and improving the therapeutic effect.
