DPP-4抑制劑對(duì)2型糖尿病患者血清PEDF水平的影響

【摘要】:目的:為了解2型糖尿病患者血清色素上皮衍生因子(pigment epithelium-derived factor,PEDF)水平以及予以二肽基肽酶-4(DPP-4)抑制劑利格列汀治療前后PEDF的變化,進(jìn)一步探討PEDF與空腹血糖(FGB)、糖化血紅蛋白(HbAic).血脂、體重指數(shù)(BMI)等指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性。方法:根據(jù)OGTT結(jié)果將受試者分成兩組:2型糖尿病組(39例,男性18例、女性21例),健康者對(duì)照組(30例,男性16例、女性14例)。檢測(cè)2組受試者體重、腰圍、BMI、FGB、HbA1C、總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AST),采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法檢測(cè)血清PEDF的濃度。2型糖尿病組予以口服利格列汀5mg/d共6個(gè)月,6個(gè)月后復(fù)查血清PEDF濃度和實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo),并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:(1)在未干預(yù)治療前2型糖尿病組體重、腰圍、BMI. FGB及HbAlC與對(duì)照組比較分別高11.26%、11.53%、10.31%、63.76%和43.95%,且差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.01),2型糖尿病組血清PEDF濃度與對(duì)照組相比濃度無(wú)顯著差異(P=0.584)。(2)PEDF與LDL-C、腰圍呈正相關(guān)(r=0.416,P0.05;r=0.334,P0.01)。(3)2型糖尿病組經(jīng)利格列汀治療后與治療前相比血清PEDF水平增加,差異有顯著性(P0.01),FBG、HbA1C、體重、腰圍、BMI、LDL-C均有不同程度的降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05或P0.01)。結(jié)論:初診2型糖尿病患者治療前PEDF水平與對(duì)照組相似,與LDL-C、腰圍呈正相關(guān),經(jīng)利格列汀治療后血清PEDF水平上升,提示PEDF可能參與了糖尿病脂質(zhì)代謝的發(fā)生發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the level of serum pigment epithelial derived factor (pigment epithelium-derived factor,PEDF) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and the changes of PEDF before and after treatment with dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor rieglitine, and to further explore the relationship between PEDF and fasting blood glucose (FGB), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAic). Correlation of blood lipid, body mass index (BMI) and other indexes. Methods: according to the results of OGTT, the subjects were divided into two groups: type 2 diabetes mellitus group (39 cases, M 18, F 21) and healthy control group (30 cases, M 16, F 14). The body weight, waist circumference, BMI,FGB,HbA1C, total cholesterol (TC), (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (ALT), glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (AST), were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). After 6 months, serum PEDF concentration and laboratory indexes were reexamined and statistically analyzed.
