【摘要】：罕見病指患病率低于7/10000的疾病,是精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)研究的重要生物學(xué)模板和理想平臺(tái)。多發(fā)性內(nèi)分泌腺瘤綜合征(MEN)、新生兒糖尿病、庫欣氏綜合征、先天性瘦素缺乏癥等多種罕見內(nèi)分泌疾病研究都反映了精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)在內(nèi)分泌領(lǐng)域的作用。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文進(jìn)一步概括精準(zhǔn)內(nèi)分泌學(xué)的發(fā)展方向,在骨質(zhì)疏松癥、糖尿病、肥胖等內(nèi)分泌疾病中應(yīng)用精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué),有助于對(duì)個(gè)體發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估和預(yù)防,對(duì)復(fù)雜疾病進(jìn)行精確診斷及分型,對(duì)疾病進(jìn)行個(gè)體化治療。此外,醫(yī)學(xué)信息學(xué)在精準(zhǔn)內(nèi)分泌學(xué)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用不僅可推動(dòng)大數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)建設(shè),也提供了針對(duì)多因素復(fù)雜內(nèi)分泌疾病的診療新思路。隨著分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,建立罕見內(nèi)分泌疾病的基因型和表型大數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái),對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)罕見內(nèi)分泌疾病的精準(zhǔn)診療具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Rare disease refers to diseases with a prevalence rate of less than 7 脳 10, 000, which is an important biological template and ideal platform for precision medical research. Many rare endocrine diseases, such as multiple endocrine adenoma syndrome (MEN), neonatal diabetes mellitus (DM), Cushing's syndrome (Cushing's syndrome) and congenital leptin deficiency (congenital leptin deficiency), all reflect the role of precision medicine in the field of endocrine. On this basis, this paper further summarizes the development direction of accurate endocrine science, the application of precision medicine in osteoporosis, diabetes, obesity and other endocrine diseases is helpful to evaluate and prevent the risk of individual disease, to accurately diagnose and classify complex diseases, and to individualized treatment of diseases. In addition, the application of medical informatics in the field of precision endocrine can not only promote the construction of big data platform, but also provide a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of multi-factor complex endocrine diseases. With the development of molecular biology technology, the establishment of big data platform for genotypic and phenotypic rare endocrine diseases is of great significance for the accurate diagnosis and treatment of rare endocrine diseases.
