【摘要】：目的分析2007-2015年成都市18歲以上成人居民超重和肥胖變化趨勢。方法以2007年、2011年和2015年3次成都市成人居民行為危險(xiǎn)因素調(diào)查中18歲以上人群為調(diào)查對象開展問卷調(diào)查、體格檢查。結(jié)果 2007-2015年,成都市成人超重率由24.15%上升至35.09%,平均年增長4.78%。肥胖率由5.39%上升至13.00%,平均每年增長11.63%。18-30歲年齡組中超重和肥胖率增長速度最快,其中男性超重率和肥胖率平均年增長8.09%和23.12%,女性平均每年增長23.27%和18.55%;小學(xué)及以下學(xué)歷人群肥胖率上升最快,年增長率12.32%。BMI均值由22.67上升至24.07,平均年增長0.75%。超重肥胖比由4.58:1降為2.78:1。結(jié)論 2007-2015年成都市成年人超重和肥胖率呈明顯上升趨勢,肥胖的增長速度可能進(jìn)一步升高,需加大干預(yù)力度,盡早控制超重和肥胖的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the trend of overweight and obesity in adult residents over 18 years old in Chengdu from 2007 to 2015. Methods A questionnaire survey and physical examination were conducted among people over 18 years old in three surveys of behavioral risk factors of adult residents in Chengdu in 2007, 2011 and 2015. Results from 2007 to 2015, the overweight rate of adults in Chengdu increased from 24.15% to 35.09%, with an average annual increase of 4.78%. The obesity rate increased from 5.39% to 13.00%, with an average annual growth rate of 11.63%. The overweight and obesity rate increased the fastest in the 18 age group, including 8.09% and 23.12% for men and 23.12% for women, and 23.27% and 18.55% for women. The obesity rate of primary school and below primary school education increased the fastest, and the average annual growth rate of 12.32%.BMI increased from 22.67 to 24.07%, with an average annual growth rate of 0.75%. The ratio of overweight and obesity decreased from 4.58 to 2.78. Conclusion the overweight and obesity rate of adults in Chengdu from 2007 to 2015 is obviously on the rise, and the growth rate of obesity may increase further. It is necessary to strengthen the intervention to control the development of overweight and obesity as soon as possible.
